Hi! I'm Adrienne Inger.

I am a licensed dietitian nutritionist and an eating disorder dietitian with sub-specialty in gastro-intestinal and endocrine disorders. My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I am deeply committed to helping people improve their health with dietary and mindset change – by eating food they love with body awareness and respect to their unique health needs.

In addition to helping my clients heal from a variety of issues and overcome chronic dieting with Intuitive Eating, I have clinical specialty in the areas of eating disorders, women's health (hormonal and endocrine) and PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), and gastrointestinal and renal disease. I became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor in 2019.

My academic track began at the University of Maryland, College Park, where I earned a Bachelors degree of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. I then completed a clinical dietetic internship at a UCLA-affiliated hospital in Los Angeles, California. Clinical experience includes nutrition counseling in a variety of settings, including a position as chief dietitian at an intensive therapeutic program for college students and young adults. I now see clients full-time at Dr. Daisy & Co!

I am passionate about helping those who wish to stop the dieting/overeating cycle and find non-dieting alternatives to bring a peaceful, healthy balance to their lives.

I welcome anyone, regardless of age, race, ability, size, gender identity or sexual orientation.
