Hi! I'm Adrienne inger
~ My journey to becoming a registered dietician was inspired by my own family's history of diabetes – I wanted to find a better way to help people lead healthier lives.
~ I have remained deeply committed to helping people improve their health with dietary change – by eating food they love with body awareness and respect to their unique health needs.
~ My academic track began at the University of Maryland, College Park, where I earned a Bachelors degree of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. I then completed a clinical dietetic internship at a UCLA-affiliated hospital in Los Angeles, California. I have years of experience helping clients with women's health issues (hormonal and endocrine), diabetes prevention & management, chronic kidney disease, nutrition for aging and more.
~ I am passionate about helping those who wish to stop the dieting/overeating cycle and find non-dieting alternatives to bring a peaceful, healthy balance to their lives.

Adrienne is such an amazing dietitian. Her knowledge of nutrition really blew me away. She figured out my food sensitivity and endocrine issues by our second session. And I've been feeling better ever since working with her. Thanks, Adrienne!! ~ Sara
